SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders purchased during business hours (M-F 9AM - 7PM EST)  will be processed and verified within 24-48 hours, and shipped within 3-7 business days*. Please allow 1 full business day for tracking number to be updated.

*Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery (IF ITEMS ARE PREORDERS OR 'MADE TO ORDER' PLEASE CHECK ITEM DESCRIPTIONS FOR PRODUCTION TIME). MCNY LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. 

*For both domestic and international orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/delivery.

*We here at MCNY LLC do not have obligations to ship during the weekends, or during holidays. All shipping will resume the Monday after a holiday or weekend.
